Fees
My fee for therapy and consultation is $180 per session.
Insurance
I am in-network with BlueCross and BlueShield (BCBS), LifeWise and Uniform (UMP). I bill insurance directly for these plans. For out-of-network plans, I will provide a bill for you to submit for reimbursement per any out-of-network benefits you may have.
Payment is due at time of service, unless other arrangements are made.
